How to apply for a birth certificate Issued by the PSA?

We just did for our daughter in March 2019..fill out forms for report of birth from embassy website .$25 money order ..US issued birth certificate your marriage contract .if you go early morning.you should be able to get report of birth same day then after few months you can request from PSA Hope it helps
