I've tried to cancel my appointment for 2 in a booth for an hour. Always a busy signal. Maybe you'll get my message this way and figure out who it is canceling.

My guess is that something was wrong with their phone... No worries, they will seat someone else there. They always answer the phone... Probably just a phone issue

Maybe their phone is out of order! I have always been able to get someone to answer any time that I have tried. Also I wouldn't worry to much about cancelling, you tried.
