Please call the masjid to setup an appointment to talk to the Imam.
Islamic Khulas can be obtained from most masjid and Islamic centers, but they have no legal status in the US and may not dissolve a marriage that has been registered here regardless of where the marriage originally took place.
I guess here in US there is no such thing as Khula. Here it would be called as divorce because once the marriage is registered then you can just file for divorce, it's same thing with two names.
