West Virginia. Pennsylvania taxes gas

Drive to W. Va. ,gas tax is a lot cheaper there.

You can't get off road gasoline..

This is not something that's made publicly available anymore. You'll have to talk to a tax attorney if you want reimbursement.

Pretty sure there is no place to purchase off road gasoline only off road diesel. You would have to save the the receipts and submit a form to the IRS to get reimbursed for the taxes if your use qualifies.
