Ellie_gamer That's a question that will garner subjective interpretations and answers. That noted, it was a key location during the Civil War, which some would link it to potential paranormal activity, but again this is subjective. The best source for information about paranormal activity and related is Haunted Places, which has a page devoted to the area: https://www.hauntedplaces.org/stafford-va/ Hope this helps.
I know this church is haunted. I performed at this church with my choir in high school and I saw some disturbing images. I saw a young girl in the balcony section dressed in old fashioned dress and she had a red strangulation mark around her neck and was pale. Also I saw a dark shadow of a man watching and I felt cold spots around me. At the time I just wanted to be done with the performance because of this experience.
