Does all the apartments have cockroaches? Or its just my building?

Had cockroaches. Purchased other pesticide to combat this which worked.!!

I have visited friends here a few times. No issues with cockroaches.

I’m in building 3, and I’ve lived here 7 years. I’ve seen one here & there. I’ve never had a big issue with them. The past year tho I’ve had a mouse or 2, and I’ve NEVER had mice issues. EVER!!!! I can even hear them in the walls.
