I am greatly appreciative to the Dr that saw me ,she took the time to listen and make sure that I got the best care possible. This was the 2nd time I was in urgent care in a week and the last Dr at valley health urgent care in Martinsburg passed it off as seasonal allergies, which it clearly was not . I had to leave work and sent to your urgent care because my symptoms had gotten much worse . I appreciate all that was done and would highly recommend.

First time visitor to the clinic. The registration process was onerous as it first requires you to input all the information into the system and then the same process is repeated at the reception/registration. The receptionist was polite and the nurse/medical assistant was efficient and did her job well. I was there at 9:30 PM and the clinic closes at 10:00 PM. It appeared that the attending physician had a long day and I may proverbially be a patient too many at the end of his shift though that is the role of an urgent care facility.

They are open later and on weekends. Great. Doctor and staff were attentive and knowledgeable. Even provided pharmaceuticals during visit. Awesome. Wait can be awhile which is to be expected for walk-in visits. Otherwise I would recommend Patient first Leesburg

More than 3 hours waiting for a sport-physical exam for my daughter. Also they gave us a paper saying that our insurance provider is not able to verify the coverage and they will send us a invoice. It seems a public hospital!! 1 doctor for 6 patients!!! Horrible! I have to pay and the attention was like a public hospital. 😡
