Very professional and cordial staff. The apartment complex grounds and buildings are well maintained. All requests for service are promptly addressed even weekend emergencies . This is a family friendly complex. There is a playground for young children, a dog run as well as a walking path for an early morning or afternoon walks. There is a diversity of residents: seniors, young families and professionals. I feel very comfortable an safe transversing around the apartment grounds as well as the adjoining neighborhood.

Really impressed with this place. I've lived in a number of apartment complexes over the years, and while they weren't bad, there was always something to complain about. Not so at Jefferson Somerset - it's just been smooth sailing from day one. Very simple and pleasant leasing process with attentive staff, apartments are pricey but you get your money's worth. The apartments have well designed layouts with nice thick walls and floors and are in great shape on move-in day. The community spaces are clean and polished, with a well maintained dog park, playground, and walking trail with open space for picnics and grilling, and a beautiful view over Leesburg. There's always plenty of parking, and when our AC unit stopped working, they had it fixed in a matter of hours! There's also a great sense of community - every neighbor I've walked past has said hi and been really friendly, and that's just not true in a lot of places. These guys are doing it right - if you can afford the rent you can't do better.
