If you have kids and stuff to carry go to 8. It has the shortest flatest cross-over... 13 is yhe "clothing optional" beach and some wander down as far 12.
We always take our kids and they love it. Just steer clear of 12-13. ;)
1 to 8 the nude beach is 13 and some times 12.
Its not really a little kid beach the sea shells are hard to walk on - unless they just want to collect seashells - lots of those there! When we were there we saw at lot of fishermen with poles out and that would make it hard for kids to. Last beach is nudest beach
