I had 2 appointments at your Titusville Florida office today, that your office sent me confirmation today, and when I arrived they were closed. I understand we will be in a hurricane watch tomorrow, it's not even sprinkling out right now, but to have your office confirm the appointment (today mind you) and then close the office is unacceptable. The team that was there today should have at least called all appointments that were scheduled to reschedule or cancel. Instead I get a confirmation text and email for my appointment today, pull my kid out of school early, I take off work early all for you to be closed. This is completely unacceptable and as a large company you should do so much better.

I should have checked the star ratings before I went here. VERY rude staff thatprovide very poor service.. Never will I come to this Quest sgain.

I signed in and was taken back on time for my appointment. Donna, was super nice and efficient and did a great job. No issues at all. I could tell she was very proficient and also concerned about providing quality service for all customers.
