We looked over the project together to make sure we were on the same page, and they got right to work, and they worked hard; it wasn't an easy task to dismantle the old fence. Levi and Jason S. were on-time, professional, careful, courteous and offered high quality craftsmanship for the removal of our old fence and construction of our new custom wood fence. Our experience was excellent, from sales to installation. Rick's was able to schedule our project quickly and they were the only fencing company that had the color of vinyl we wanted. The crew they sent out, Jason & Levi, were AWESOME. They were prompt, friendly, and professional, plus incredibly hard workers. Most of the job was completed in weather that was below freezing -- it must have been miserable -- but they remained friendly and cheerful throughout. On the day we got snow I was sure they would have to call to cancel -- instead they arrived early and got the job done on time. They were excellent communicators and really listened to what we wanted to ensure we were happy with the result. The final product is beautiful and strong enough to stand up to our two big dogs. I can't say enough about the quality of the product and the excellent experience we had with Jason & Levi.
