The optometrist and receptionist were professional, kind, and the place was very clean and organized. I read most of the negative reviews, and then I went in, and it proved them wrong. There's no problem with this place. I'd be happy to be a repeat customer.

Gorgeously Natural

So I was told a week to get my glasses. I followed up earlier today (a week later) to see if my glasses were in. Young girl on the phone told me the exact opposite of what Yvonne told me, and when I asked her if she could track the status of my glasses she replied that she didn’t know how to. Look, if you’re going to leave someone to run the store by themselves, they should know how to pull up the systems for customers. Because of her “lazy” response it ended up costing me a worthless trip to the store. I had received a phone call saying my glasses were ready for pick up a few hours later, so I go…but they were closed four hours before their actual closing time. No notice saying “closed early” or “on lunch” I’m pretty upset and disappointed because the gal left to run the store today was not properly trained to do something as simple as pull up an order to track it. Instead I got a lazy response from her. Not happy about this at all.

We went to Vista Optical at the Fred Meyer Store #7657.Our reason for going was to get some insurance questions answered. That’s when Yvonne stepped in.She got on the phone,and after a hour with our insurance provider had all our questions answered. Without Yvonne’s help we would still be scratching our heads about our vision coverage……..Thank you Yvonne.

I've had great service at this location! Dr. Lee is fantastic, she truly cares about her patients and really does want her patients to be able to see well. I have a very tricky prescription and it usually takes a month or more to get the right contact lenses worked out. Dr. Lee has never been rude or fussy at me throughout the entire lense fitting process. The front staff are usually helpful and are more than happy to work with someone's budget to get the best frames and lenses in their price range. I don't have vision insurance so I have a tight budget, and the staff worked with me to get the best deals possible. (If you have insurance always check with them so you know what you can or cannot get. Insurances are always convoluted that it's easy for billing situations to get messed up.)
