It's 89$. I just scheduled an appointment and that's what I was told. It might cost more when you get there, sometimes they add a bunch of weird fees and you end up paying 300$ for it.
If you have insurance it's free, But don't go to the one in Fred Meyer on TV hwy. Really bad service.
