I bring a couple gallons of water or you can use babypowder to get the sand off your feet!
There are, sadly, no showers. I always bring a 2 liter or gallon container filled with water. I find that's the best trick to keep from getting sandy feet in your car. Also, you can stop and use a cleaner restroom at The Visitor Center toward the front of the park. The bathrooms by the parking aren't exactly the most pleasant. Enjoy your time down there, it's beautiful.
They do not have showers. They are permanent port a potty type buildings. And there are a lot of bugs in them.
