Would elderly guests be able to get to bathrooms, dining area, and event areas? Can they drive from area to area? Recent knee surgeries mean they normally drive from place to place now.

Most common / group use areas (dorms, houses, dining hall, chapel, etc) do accommodate and are in close proximity to one another (gravel roads between). Some event areas (ropes course, zipline, etc) may be difficult to navigate via car(dirt trail in woods), but golf cart / scooter could work. May want to call campground to ask specifics regarding policy on vehicle use during a session, though. If allowed, checking with a local golf cart rental co may make sense to stay involved throughout your time there. I am not affiliated with the campground, but our church has used it's facilities for overnights and activities.
