I bought 2 pies to bring to someone’s house for Christmas Eve and was so disappointed. There was a two inch gap between the filling and top crust. When we cut the first slice the filling ran out of the rest of the pie. I won’t be going back.

I have never had a bad pie from them. Definitely give them a second chance.

Their pies are usually on point. I'd def contact them.

I have been going there for probably 20 years maybe a little longer I have never ever had a problem with anything I have purchased. I would definitely give them a second chance because I'm sure they would make it up to you. Unfortunately they will be closed for the next 2 months, they close on Christmas Eve every year.

Wow! I am surprised, they are usually so good. You should contact them and let them know. Maybe they will take care of the situation.

I'm really shocked, I'd call them & give them a chance to make it up, maybe an off day?
