Apparently I am not the only one that had this issue; "...they refused to let me drive the car unless I agreed to buy the car before hand including negotiating the price. How are you supposed to agree on a price of a car that you've never even driven?..." Specially If I never drove a Kia in my life. I wonder what Kia Corporate would say about dealers not letting people try their cars to see if they want to buy one. I went to another dealership in Smithtown and they allowed to drive 2 vehicles. Needles to say, they earned my business....

So, I posted under CP, complaining about Eagle KIA adding 3k on above MSRP. Their response was telling me everyone does it and that is why I called them, looking for better price. Well, Eagle KIA, you are wrong. I bought a 2022 Hyundai Elantra from Franklin Sussex Hyundai at MSRP minus $500 for Veteran status. I was looking for the Forte because it is the same car, but I think it looks a lot better. No other reason than that. So Eagle KIA, your sparky response earned you another one star Google rating.... 😤

They want $3,000 over MSRP just because. Price gouging and I will never buy another KIA because KIA is allowing their dealers to commit these horrible business practices. F.O. KIA
