We had no trouble with internet speed. I think it depends on which building you are in. Sorry we did not check for smart tv.
Regular flat screen tv. You can connect your device using their WiFi to watch your Netflix and what not.
Yes, they have smart tvs and inteener in each unit
No just regular cable tv
I don't think so. They have cable tv and mine was not a smart one, also the internet is not good enough to Netflix.
