Yes. The only way you can make purchases at dispensaries is to have a medicinal marijuana card. You have to get the evaluation completed by a physician, such as those at Green Docs. That evaluation is $200. I strongly recommend that you complete the registration on the MMCC website before you schedule your evaluation because it will take some time to receive your patient ID number ( you cant make purchases at the dispensaries without this!). Once you have your patient ID, schedule the evaluation a d after the evaluation you can go directly to a dispensary if you'd like. Make sure to bring any medications, and medical records documenting your medical ailment

Yes because you have to be registered under maryland, its only $50 and you have to wait for your pacient id that way you are able to buy from the dispensaries
