It's just like going to any doctors visit or a specialist. Unless your insurances covers marijuana then you have to pay them their fee. They are not able to bill the insurance companies. They take all the costs. Besides it's for $200 per year. Compared to monthly office visits and tests, the $200 saves me lots of money.
200 dollars is the fee that the doctor charges you to be seen and to determine what recommendations you will recive... cannabis is not covered by insurance...

The doctors take their time to review your records and talk to you about you care treatment and marijuana usage. Finally you get certified. When you visit a doctors usually your insurance will cover it and you will pay the co pay. Unfortunately, medical cannabis is not covered under insurance hence why you have to pay out of pocket.
