It's free to play!
Free.
If you play in our go to DE State Parks often, look into a yearly pass. Out of state is about twice what in state costs but it doesn't take many trips to make it worthwhile. For next year, of course as the passes run Jan 1 to Dec 31. If you happen to work in DE but live out of state you can get the in-state price. Just stop by any pattern office.
You need to pay to park on the property. It's 5 for in state cars and 8 for everyone else. The course itself is free to play. Just don't forget your discs!
