This place is run by a WARLORD !!!! The manager in this Trailer Park is CORRUPT she only allows 1 person that lives in the park and she OLNY SELLS THEM for CASH !!!! after SHE ILLEGALLY THROWS PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HOMES --- SHE SHOULD BE LOCKED UP IN PRISON!!!!

No. This is a trailer park you live in not just rent a lot. Sorry. Try looking for a camper or camper camp ground. Try Lums Pond Camp Ground it has full hook up and dump spots

It depends on the trailer.. how new or how old it is...The newer models cost more but they are bigger in size and more updated. You can check with property manager if you want to see what's available
The fairwinds community prides itself on being family friendly. We have sizable group of young kids who play and roam safely. The park has evicted and removed all unsavory tenants from the park. The crime rate in the park has since dropped considerable. Park management and grounds keeper do there best to report all unsavory persons to local law enforcement and they ask the community member to please do the same and also to report such people to the office as well. The community has a great neighborhood watch program as well for the safety of our community we ask all tenants to be involved in keeping a eye out for each other and to help management keep the park as safe as possiable.
