Tiffany was available to help me with concerns and I haven't been paid by the department of labor in 11weeks and other people haven't been paid in 6 months.Tiffany asked do I need assistance with my rent, she made me feel like FAMILY. Just The other day I got my notice of renewal of my lease unfortunately the Waterford corporation not only raise the rent$$20.00 like they have been doing for the past 10 years, they gave themselves a bonus of $25.00 additional dollars for a total of $45.00 per month and the Xtra $25.00 comes to a extra $300.00 dollars a year and the grand total of the increase for the year is $450.00ayear .More than doubling the increase of last year's increase and that is roughly 1/2of my social security check that I get,what am I supposed to live on and pay all my bills with including groceries which due to inflation has gone up a extra $500.00 a month.I guess the Waterford corporation doesn't consider me family and the only thing that makes them happy is making there investors happy is raising the rent,making them richer. Not caring about there tenants that is not there problem or care.

They take advantage of the elderly and everyone else that lives here the bully residents and force them out of money for things unnecessary. Been here 6 years and it's only getting worst. THEY HAVE THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGER. It used to be nice when Andre was PROPERTY manager but these last few years have been the worst.

Only if they have an empty double wide lot large enough for it..If they are full you'd have to purchase an older one pay to remove it & start building🤔..This would be the only way around it..

It depends on the site the house sits on . We have single and double wides in here. Lot rent covers trash, water, cable .

The hours at the office is 8:30 am till 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. Saturday hours are 8:30 or 9:00 till 12:00

They should let you know who they went through, usually Transunion. Request a free credit report from them or look on credit karma
Per office you are not to use it on a continuous bases. They are having vehicles towed if it's used in what, what I would call, it's true purpose.
