Im in same position good luck if u finally get ahold of someone they r rude not helpful at all. I was on the waiting list for ever no one would call me no one answered the phone and when they finally did they said I didn't qualify do to my credit rating??? It's ridiculous and I don't even know if they're finished building yet.

Hi they do go by income and a 1bedroom is 551.00 a month but not sure if there are anymore 1 bed rooms left.u need to go to the office .Good luck to u hope u can get in 🙏
