Wonderful place to live! Big beautiful trees its like living in a beautiful forest. Apartments older but, are well maintained and kept. Maintenance crew does an excellent job as does the manager Sherlene in managing the complex and keeping the things in good shape. Nice patios for plants and relaxation and the design of the complex is well thought out so you have a private entrance without bumping into your neighbors too much. It feels private like a home would. The design didn't optimize space for a corporations profit and packing people together like sardines but, kept the beauty of the trees and landscaping in mind and privacy for the tenants. I have enjoyed living here very much.

we rented this place for my son and his roommates in college while he was going to Stetson. Shelene The manager was fabulous and the ground were well-kept. The apartment was great and in a wonderful location and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.
