Depends on what size apartment. Right now 2 bdrm is 694. And yes it is low income.

Im in same position good luck if u finally get ahold of someone they r rude not helpful at all. I was on the waiting list for ever no one would call me no one answered the phone and when they finally did they said I didn't qualify do to my credit rating??? It's ridiculous and I don't even know if they're finished building yet.

Living on a budget and they go by how much you make
You should go there in person between 10am n 12 then 1 to 530 mon thru Friday. They do pick up but you just have to catch them at the right time. I have gotten the answering machine recently but usually I get thru. Hope this helps.
