Depends. They don’t like it when you tie things to trees. We did that and were told to take it down.
Most campgrounds I have been to they allow hammocks. Trap pond, killens pond, lums pond are campgrounds that absolutely do allow you to use a hammock. I think they may have a limit to how many though.
