There is disabled parking right outside the venue but the army bird catches the worm this goes early and fast. One of the great things about this venue is they sell parking passes simultaneously with the event tickets. They [the management] will hold your tickets and parking pass at 'will call' or mail them to you, so on the day of your event all you have to do is join the parking cue.

Yes several parking options nearby. I used parkingpanda to reserve and pay for nearby parking in advance. There is also garage adjacent to symphony hall that charges $12 flat fee.
