I had a great time. We were celebrating a special day and Morton's made us personalized menus, gave us a private corner booth. The gentleman even knew our names at the door. Overall great experience. You do have to park in the hotel garage but Mortons does give you $4 off so its $11 after discount.

Yes, but the hours aren't posted anywhere outside the restaurant. I think it was 4-6 last time I went.
Valet is the best option. It's $11 and they put it on your bill.... There is also a parking garage across the street.... But it's more expensive.
I don't think so. Unless you are staying in the hotel. Street parking is probably cheapest, but is hard to find.
This high end steakhouse as some call it was mediocre when my husband and I decided to drop by and have a bite. The waitress ignored us completely when a few football players showed up. Then the waitress had the nerve to add gratuity to our bill which she did not deserve.
Upscale casual or nicer would be fine. For men, jeans (without holes) and a nice shirt, or pants and a jacket. For women, again nice jeans and a nice blouse or sweater, or dressier up to cocktail attire.
