I've seen people bring other people's kids and they didn't allow them to shoot without THEIR parent or guardian (not just any parent will do). Im not 100% but I bet the answer is he needs a parent present.

Your best bet is to call them. I'm not sure if you'll need supervision or not. If you have never shot a gun before you'll need some supervision at first.
