This car wash is awful. Awful customer service. Impossible to get a hold of anyone over the phone. Terrible system for getting cars in and out efficiently. The hours are not flexible at all. Their staff lacks attention to details and when you point out something missed, they give an attitude. Would not recommend this car wash.

I usually enjoy the service here, but I see that on busy days they can be a bit careless. They send so many cars through the wash without time in between; I almost hit the car in front of me and the car behind me actually did hit me. The damage was pretty minor, but it’s dangerous considering the exit is on a hill. Considering not coming again

We apologize for the inconvenience. We were open until around 10:30 am today and the weather apps pointed towards rain and cloudy weather. We are open tomorrow. Also we update our early closings on Twitter and phone auto attendant.
I think that they want you to talk directly with someone there. You can also cancel the credit card that you gave them for monthly payments. Would like to know why you decided to cancel. Good luck
