On the website they do not say that they need to reserve quotas, it is not very pleasant to take a trip and how at the entrance they tell you that you only enter with a reservation
Yes they are open but you have reserve a spot. They only allow 50 ppl per spot and two hours per reservation. Alot of the park is closed. Including the toddler park, water slide and the lily pads
No you cant bring a table for food unless you are having a party with them. They have an area for community eating but the other tables are for reservations only.
The party rates vary depending on the size of your party.

No reservation is needed. Larger groups find it helpful, but my family has always just gone the day of. Hours are spilit in two sessions Noon-2:45 p.m. and 3 - 6 p.m.
Do we just go to the water park and pay or do we have to do a reservation???

You can pay at the park but those lines are sometimes long and if the pool is full they will turn you away if you RSVP you are grantee entry and less wait times.

Go to pgparksdirect.com, register for an account, and go to pool reservations section to find the Glenn Dale pool. There are two reservation windows per day, 11am-2pm and 3pm-6pm.
Yes, they're open 11-2 and 3-6. You need to register for one of these sessions on pgparksdirect for priority entrance. After that it's first come first served until capacity.
When is they open ? It says open now but some comments are saying not until Memorial Day

At this time, yes. Only 50 people allowed per 2hr session(10-12pm, 1-3pm, 4-6pm), which are required to be reserved online via pgparks.com.

Only coast guard approved flotation devices are allowed in all PG county pools. Floaties that just go on the arms are not allowed. Puddle jumpers and life vests are allowed.
Yes there are a lot of areas where you can sit and eat on tables with shaded covers. Also you would easily be able to keep an eye on your family or friends going in the water.
Yes you can . We had my neice birthday party there, you bring food, musuc, decorations etc. But you have to let them know jow many will be in your party also i think they have to be there within abcertsin yime or they will be charged
