When I try to buy tickets online to be picked up in New York I have to put in my delivery address or I cannot go to checkout. as I dont want the tickets delivered but would like to pick them in New York am I going wrong somewhere.

I bought this pass and was very disappointed. The big selling point was avoiding lining up. This was complete bull. There were no special lanes anywhere. Overall it didn't save any money either.

There should be an option for collection? I bought mine before I went to New York and collected them at Madame Tussauds Might be for billing address?

Under Details tab, there is a Delivery menu. You can turn on/off Same as Billing Address, and select Collect Passes on New York. They've got several pick up locations. Just take your confirmation # to any of them. We've used the pass a couple of times and had no regrets.

This is the worst pass that you can buy. It's a complete waste of money. You need to read the reviews before you buy it.
