90% or more of the sidewalk on the North side of the Armory on 26th Street was has been blocked of over a yr. removing dozns of parking spaces and allowing only 1 lane of traffic. An eyesore as well. Neighbors wonder when it will be normal again?

It looks like most of the work is completed, it is my guess that pretty soon it should be completely opened to pedestrian again.
