This is not open to the public. It appears to be run by the New York State National Guard, and they seem pretty sure it is not a museum and you cannot go in.

90% or more of the sidewalk on the North side of the Armory on 26th Street was has been blocked of over a yr. removing dozns of parking spaces and allowing only 1 lane of traffic. An eyesore as well. Neighbors wonder when it will be normal again?
