I honestly believe that a group of monkeys could answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide better customer service. Some of the idiotic comments the front desk/schedulers have made are beyond me.

Are you are you sure you're at Hatfield Medical on Brown and Power Road because I've never had that problem the ladies at the front desk and schedulers are always nice and courteous and they answer my questions completely to the best of their knowledge the babies at the front desk go out their way to make sure that you get the appointment that's best for you and the schedulers always work with you into getting an appointment time that's best for you also for when the doctor is in they are really good group of people that work out of that office

The people who answer the phones are not the Dr. Offices. Yes there are problems but it's a call center and has nothing to do with excellent care that the staff and Dr. Lewis gives at the actual office..

Dr Lewis is awesome! He is the ONLY reason that I continue to go.

You cannot get better care at any other doctors office and what you get at the Hatfields office. The office staff and Dr Lewis are fantastic they follow up after you have your appointment make sure that everything's okay with you. I'm not sure what office he's talking about but I can guarantee it wasn't the Hatfield on Brown and Power
