The phones are answered at a different central location. One place for all locations combined.
They suck, find a different DR where you can actually speak to someone in the office.
Well it is because there is only one place that all the calls go to to make appointments, which deals with all the offices. Some days it takes longer, others your the first person. I admit, one day I drove to the office because it was taking forever to be answered.......Their phones were down.
Yes first of all have patients, not the kind of patients that they see LOL and secondly it all calls go through a central phone system so please don’t blame the staff at Dr Metzger’s office, they have always been wonderful and very efficient and kind, Unlije someone else, I have always gotten clear concise and very well explained answers to any questions that I had. Perhaps that person is not asking in the correct manner. I thank God for them. My entire family goes to their practice. They are one in 1 million in today’s medical ways.
I have very had time getting answers also. I've called many different times.
Call now, they're usually more available in the afternoon.
I would call at 1 p.m. when they get back from lunch you might get answered faster, it's way busier in the morning.
I've found calling right after lunch, right at 1 helps. But I don't think I've ever had to wait that long. Calling first thing in the morning when everyone else is trying to do the same is the longest wait though...
They're usually very busy in the morning. I'm sure they'll be with you in no time 😊
