As someone who knows the in's and outs of a place like this, system maintenance is necessary nightly where it's not as busy as it is in the middle of the day, otherwise, the system would go down many times a day.
It's been going on for a very long time and there ARE employees there. Co workers of mine have said the same thing. If these people don't want to work night shift maybe they should look elsewhere. Like I said, lights on,drive thru lights on,employees there.
Delmont McDonalds is open 24/7. Its kinda hard to make a transaction if the point of sale system is offline. Furthermore, a McDonald's will NEVER have employees in the store in the middle of the night unless they are either preparing for an inspection or intend to be open.
Report them to the general manager of the unit or owner. Also you can call corporate to lodge a complaint. Computers down once or twice maybe, especially if they are upgrading but not a week. I've been there as late as 130- 145am no trouble. Maybe they have a lazy night staff?
