Been seeing an older gentleman named Ken the last few times there. He's very rude to everyone. Tried to rush an old woman in front of me. Then, when she wouldn't/couldn't move fast enough he reached around the back of the counter and yanked my bottles out of my hand to ring them up. The old woman did absolutely nothing to deserve the way he treated and talked to her. I'm young to most people don't realize I have extreme hearing loss in one ear. He apparently asked me cash or card, which I've never been asked that at any liquor store before, when I didn't respond, he rudely and loudly said it again in annoyance. I tried to apologize for, some reason, explaining my hearing loss, he just shrugged it off and rudely said "well you can put your card in now". Maybe from now on, I'll talk to him like he talks to me and others.

The older male associate in a red shirt and glasses was unnecessarily rude to myself and my friend. I'm not sure if he was the store manager, but he made me not want to visit this store anymore. I will not be shopping at this location anymore and will take my business somewhere that trains their employees on customer service.

This was the first time that I visited this location. It was clean and bright, and the staff was very attentive and helpful. Pretty great since it was 8:15 PM , 45 minutes from closing, and when I walked in, I was greeted with, " Can I help you find anything?," and when I said "no, thank you"; the reply was, "take your time." Awesome. They later gave me great information about some Chairman's Selections.
