I hate drive they to begin with, but we were in a bit of a rush. The person taking the order was polite enough, but the person at the second window barely acknowledged me. The order was right, and the food was hot. So they got 2 stars for that, 1 star for the polite order taker and 1 star for getting the order right.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We tried going through the drive through at 8:48 p.m. when online it clearly states that they close at 11 p.m. A staff member walks out yelling at us to keep driving, because they are closed. She was extremely rude and kept saying that it's good enough for her to close early. We left, and she proceeded to let not one, but TWO other cars go through the drive through. Absolutely ridiculous.

After years of visits to this McDonald's location I've finally had enough. Over the recent years the customer service has been in steady decline. I liked to blame it on a sign of the times, covid was wearing everyone thin. I decided to look past the issues and continued to stop in on my way to and from Pittsburgh. Yesterday was the final straw. I stopped in shortly after 4:00 pm and the attitude from the drive through person was over the top rude. She had to be the least qualified person for the job that I've ever experienced. Even on a bad day, how hard is it to respect your job enough to at least say "hello", "welcome" or even "thank you"? Shame on this person for disrespecting McDonald's, her management staff, coworkers and most of all her own dignity. It'll be Wendy's from now on for me.

I ordered a large fry and medium fry so they gave me 2 mediums but put one in a medium fry thing 🤦‍♂️ I would not waste your money here.
