PreBooked hotel room for one night paid online. After I paid I called the front desk spoke to a nice lady made sure everything was situated, went to check in last night the 23rd and the guy at the front desk was completely arrogant, wasn’t happy, didn’t wanna do anything when I asked him to asked him to repeat himself (talked quiet and couldn’t understand him.) long story short I told him cancel the room.

Went to check in. Clerk was rudely telling a woman with a handicap reservation that she couldn't have a handicapped accessible room. Couldn't believe the level of incompetence from the staff. Walked right out and drove another 30 miles!

Got the king studio with jet tub. Smoking. It was very clean! WAY more than I expected. We had to wait 45 extra min for them to finish cleaning. But I say it was worth it. The tub was 100% clean. Which i didn't expect so I brought my own cleaning supplies. Didn't use them. Felt comfortable with the cleaning job they did. Since they took longer to give us the room. They let us check out late. Which If the staff didn't do, maybe the room would have been ready on time. That is the only reason I rate it a 3 for service.. We wanted the room at 3, didn't want to wake up late. Doesn't look so great from the outside but this place is fully renovated, very clean. Convenient location. Ive used this same exact room 14 years ago. It was good then and even better now. The water was hot and never ending. 3 baths. 2 showers. Good cable. Wifi. Waffles for breakfast you make yourself. Unlimited orange and apple juice. Front desk staff doesn't speak fluent English. But very nice lady. It was worth the money. 100% will go again. Just a nice evening away from home and an exceptional jet tub! Amazing renovation. Hope to see it stay that way! FYI they put ashtrays there for a reason so no need to burn up the sinks! I seen one burn on the sink and I wish people were more respectful. That one burn makes the place look trashy. Ask for another ashtray if u need one in the bathroom that bad! Thanks super 8 we had a great time. Will be back soon.

Positive: Convenient location and I previously had used this location 4 or 5 times the last 3 yrs Negative: Couldn't shower. I reported to the front desk that there was no hot water, not even Luke warm. Nothing was done
