I work occasionally with flex for extra money and I recieved mine in late January. Worst case scenario if u missed the first see if u can print through his profile or contact them to mail another out. I'm certain Amazon will get it to u either way

You don't get w-2, he's an independent contractor, Flex already mailed out forms for this year, if he filled out all the necessary info for it in the Flex app.
