UPS Services I came into Michaels on a Sunday to make a UPS return (last day to return my returns). I sadly did not have a box and asked the first employee if they sell them, she said no. I continued to walk around the store and asked another employee, she said only small boxes but didn’t direct me to where they were FINALLY, I asked a third employee, Dawn, and she not only was beyond helpful but is the only reason why I’m not giving a 1-2 star review. Dawn not only helped me locate a box which would fit my items but also helped me tape the return label to the box. It’s always darkest before the Dawn and Dawn saved the day! They also had great discounts on a bunch of seasonal items. Based on their discounts and the help of Dawn, I will be returning and not just for a UPS return

They rarely have what I need in the store unless you order online. Ordered Canson pastel paper but could only find earth tones. Was looking for more variety. Plus it always takes at least a week to arrive.
