This place is horrible! They need to pay me for all the work that I have to do for my mother while I am visiting her! My family tries to show a presence so the staff won't mistreat her but that occurs when we are not there! Staff make inappropriate remarks to her, take the longest time to answer the call bell, they are rough with her, and very unprofessional!!!! My mom remains fearful that they will be meaner to her when she is alone, so she tries not to complain. I am trying to have her transferred out but the insurance company is in control. There is so much more to say but if I could have given them a score of 0 or a negative number, I would have given that score. Where has healthcare gone for our elderly and senior citizens? Lastly, people need to remember that if they are blessed to become elderly, you reap what you sow!

This place is the absolute worst. The staff just throws patients around anyway they please, makes them sit for hours in dirty diapers. Theyre ignorant and confrontational, the lead nurse picks fight with u and he is very unprofessional. This place needs a totally new staff or 2k of retraining hours. Cant wait to get my mother outta here b4 someone gets hurt

In the last year that my sister has been a resident I’ve seen quite a difference in the care she receives. The woman who works at night in the lobby is downright rude! It seemed a year ago when Troy was there it ran more smoothly. I’m sure there’s worse nursing homes but I must say I’m disappointed in their decline. Concerned relative….

If you think that this place is bad, go to Somerton Nursing Home. Absolutely the worst place to be ever! Dirty place, staff was terrible, not to mention the food! Absolutely gross! All in all, I had a decent stay at Crestview. Food was hit or miss, staff was better than expected, especially when they were short staffed!
