Literally in & out. Easy & took 10 minutes.

Photo only makes this a great option for a faster service than the standard DMV location! Charge your phone or use the restroom while you wait.
Hey Jude Y
Might want to tell people this is NOT a DMV. This is a AAA building that google takes you to that has a DMV area in the back. Drove around for 20 minutes. Had to go into a Verizon store to find out I’m looking for a AAA, not a DMV
Synthetic Coyote (SyntheticCoyote)
Very nice, newly built. Quick efficient knowledgeable service.

Yes, but only if you have a camera card for the photo tech to scan. If you do not have a camera card, one can be made at the Bensalem DMV or some tag places. Fyi, you can get everything you need done relating to the state id at the Bensalem DMV. The Fairless Hills location is only capable of taking your photo and printing out a license and state id if you already have a camera card for them to scan. They can not make any changes like a full service center can, such as the Bensalem location can.
That's a great question. And this is a good time to point out that PennDOT uses confusingly similar names for offices that different greatly in their menu of services. 1. Most PennDOT facilities are 'Photo License Centers' (PLC) like the office here, in Fairless Hills. PLCs offer very few services. You asked about testing for a driver's license permit; a PLC can administer only the knowledge & vision portions of that test. 2. Relatively few PennDOT facilities are 'Driver's License Centers' (DLC). DLCs offer a wide range of services and they are the only offices that can administer the driving portion of a permit test. The nearest DLC is on Bensalem Blvd., near the Neshaminy Mall. Hope this helps. For a current list of all PLC and DLC locations, along with their operating hours, here's a direct link to PennDOT's website.: https://www.dmv.pa.gov/Pages/Hours%20of%20Operation.aspx .
Confusingly (and unlike New Jersey), Pennsylvania uses private contractors — generally known as 'tag agents' — to handle most of those services. To find a provider near you, Google the phrase 'tag agency Pennsylvania' or 'tag agency PA'. Call first, so you bring all necessary documentation. From memory, they won't be able to help with your driver's license. That can be arranged at a PennDOT DLC ('Driver's License Center). Most PennDOT offices are PLCs ('Photo License Center'), offering very few services. Bensalem DLC is the nearest; it's across the street from Neshaminy Mall. .
Yes, you can..so long as you meet the qualifications and you have all of the requisite paperwork in-hand. If so, they will administer an eye screening and a Driver's Knowledge Test. At that time, assuming you pass, they'll issue an initial Learner's Permit. There's a lot of detail, so here's a link to PennDOT's official explanation of the whole process.: goo.gl/xVvD9F
You can renew a PA drivers license in person, but *not* at their Langhorne location. This office does just one thing: they take photographs, whether it's for a new drivers license, a license renewal, or a photo ID card. For in-person license renewal, you need a full-service PennDOT office. The nearest one is across from the Neshaminy Mall, in Trevose.
No, you just walk in and take a number. Tuesdays and Saturdays can be very busy and you may be waiting a while if you do not get there right away when they open. Make sure you have your camera card and old license ready, if you have an old license. You only make appointments for driving tests.
Yes
Yes. But if you can wait for the newness to wear off, I suggest it. 2-3 hour wait at times. You'll be fine till June 30 without repercussions. Neshaminy and Grant and the Blvd is just as bad. Trust me. Lol
No, only at a full service DMV like the Bensalem location across from the Neshaminy Mall.
If you have your camera card and old license, that is all this location needs to process you.
No they only do pictures or duplicate licenses
I think you can walk in but it's better to call.
I'm sure you need an appointment so call a head. Also, probably van do on-line with required proof.
Yes
While I was there at the AAA center in langhorne a man came in and did not have his camera card but needed to renew his license. They sent him to an area at the front of the store to get a camera card. I think if you have the expired camera card , your old license and your explanation of the situation they would be able to help you. I went on a friday afternoon and there was only 1 person ahead of me. You should go there.
Yes
Most likely
They are a full service PennDOT office.
Did you send in your renewal? If not, there's a fee. Happend to my wife; she paid $15.
I paid on line and walked into a AAA store. Got my drivers license.
That I don't know, I know a real ID isn't going to be made mandatory unless your traveling domestically/Internationally by plane. If you can drive, your existing license will suffice. Most times at the Neshaminy office, it's only open certain days... id call ahead or go there to check the signage on the door for availability.. appointments are probable.. but not 100% certain.. just plan ahead and plan to waist your entire day there.... a trip to the Neshaminy dmv is an all day affair.. if you don't get there early, you'll be there all day
Do you mean a photo drivers license Or just a photo ID?
They take all forms of payment
No
No, not at all. You will enter grab a ticket and wait for your number to be called. Almost like placing an order in a deli...lol
Go to the AAA in Langhorne no lines
No all testing is done at a main office. You can renew at AAA but initial tests are not done there.
No appointment is needed for learner permit, lines for services are very long so get there early! Good luck!
As of 6/23/20, no. RealID processing is currently suspended until the backlog of necessary DMV services are caught up. And TSA has extended the deadline for not accepting PA driver's licenses to October 1st, 2021.
No
No..Neshaminy
If you mean do you have to be a member of AAA, the answer is no. There's no connection between AAA and PennDOT. They just happen to share the same retail space in this strip mall. .
My understanding is that all requests for duplicate or replacements (ID card, drivers license, etc.) must be directed to PennDOT by mail. Basically, you fill out a form and mail it to PennDOT with payment. In this case, you need form DL-54b. It's available (for download) on their site, along with full instructions.: https://www.dmv.pa.gov/Driver-Services/Photo-ID2/pages/replace.aspx Hope this helps! .
Just to be sure I understand, did you walk inside the AAA storefront and check to see if anybody was at the PennDOT counter? See the nearby photos for reference. PennDOT shows this location as an active Photo License Center, in their online listing & via the 800 number. I also verified that today's hours should be from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 pm. Of course, let's note that PennDOT is leasing the space from AAA. So, if for some reason AAA closed (e.g.: issues with the A/C) their store today, then PennDOT would be closed as well.
Sign on the door lists Saturday hours of 8:30 AM to 4:15 PM, same as they use for most of the week (Mon., Tues., Wed., Fri.) except for late closing time (6 PM) on Thursdays.
There is no additional fee for the photo service. It's covered under the fee you paid to PennDOT to get a new license or to renew your old license.
No, the Langhorne office is not set up for Real ID. The nearest PennDOT location for that is in Bensalem, across the street from Neshaminy Mall.
Since PennDOT's Langhorne facility is a 'Photo License Center' (PLC) whilst their Bensalem branch is a 'Driver's License Center' (DLC), I think you can guess the answer is... Bensalem. :-) Meanwhile, transferring from out of state licenses can get complicated. You'd do well to read up, rather than arriving at PennDOT without all of the necessary paperwork.: https://www.dmv.pa.gov/Driver-Services/New-Resident-Relocation-Information/Pages/default.aspx .
Last time I checked, the answer was no. ReaID can only be handled by a 'full-service' PennDOT center, the nearest of which is in Bensalem... across the street from Neshaminy Mall.
You just need your photo card (which PennDOT sent you by mail, after you'd paid for renewal via mail or Web) and the expiring license.
When I got mine late in 2018, printed instructions on the card said it was good as a temporary license for 60 days from date of issuance.
No, just walk in. If a line has formed, take a number.
Last time I checked (December), they said they were not yet equipped to handle REAL ID and directed me to PennDOT's Bensalem office. It's near the Neshaminy Mall.
My understanding is no, not at this location. All they do is the final stage of getting a driver's license (or photo ID), after you've paid the state and you receive a 'camera card'. The nearest PennDOT location with a full menu of services is in Bensalem.
Six...every day but Sunday. Of course, this schedule can be interrupted by official state holidays.
As I understand it, this center can do just one thing: they complete your PA license renewal process after you've received the photo card form by mail. For all other licensing transactions, go to PENNDOT's Bensalem office, which is located near the Neshaminy Mall.
Sign on the door lists Saturday hours of 8:30 AM to 4:15 PM, same as they use for most of the week (Mon., Tues., Wed., Fri.) except for late closing time (6 PM) on Thursdays.

Correct, 8:30am to 4:15pm for Saturday. Also, the hours are in the photos section of the front door for this location.
If you have a camera card, you already paid.
You need to go to a full driver license center, like the Bensalem location. This location is only a photo center and can only help you if you have a camera card.
Yes
The hours of operation are posted here in the photo section of a photo of the front door.
They do not deal with anything title related or car related (ex. Titles, plates, registration). They can only help you if you have a camera card which is used to print your new ID or License. You would need to check with a tags place for a price or if you could find the price online possibly.
Call by phone
No, this location cannot produce a camera card. You would need to go to a full service center like the Bensalem DMV to get one.
Yep, exactly.
This site can only serve you if you have a camera card. All other services can be done at the Bensalem DMV.
For cdl related services, you will need to go to a full service center like Bensalem. All full service centers are open Tuesday through Saturday only, except holidays. You can also call the main PennDOT phone number on the back of your license or id for questions.

Sign on the door lists Saturday hours of 8:30 AM to 4:15 PM, same as they use for most of the week (Mon., Tues., Wed., Fri.) except for late closing time (6 PM) on Thursdays. Just to be accurate, while New Jersey has a DMV in Pennsylvania it's called DOT ...Department of Transportation. NJ DMV centers can help with pretty much anything about cars or driving, but in Pennsylvania the services are a more scattered. This office can help with issuance of photo IDs and driver licenses, only.
If you do not have a camera card, you will need to go to the Bensalem DMV.
No, the Bensalem DMV can.
Only if you have a camera card. If you don't have a camera card, you can get one and everything else done at the Bensalem DMV across from the Neshaminy Mall.
The hours are on the front door, which is one of the pics on here.
Thursdays are 6pm and I do not know the current price.
Their hours of operation are listed on here under "schedule" and it is a photo license center, not a DMV. Only photos can be taken here only if you have a camera card.
All Pennsylvania state offices are closed on federal holidays.
