Blocks are getting tougher to get. Show ID when you enter the bldg and you get handed a route. Almost always $18/hr but if you switch to the Philly region you get Langhore, Port Richmond in North Philly, King of Prussia and Fresh in South Philly. Fresh is almost always $25+/hr. Everywhere is getting tight with blocks tho. If you are doing flex it is your own car and the evening routes can take you out to Lakewood (40mi). Morning routes are great (11am). If you work for Amazon they have vans.
Amazon most likely will provide their own cars. I went through the hiring process with Amazon but i wanted full time so i was trying to transfer to Nj. I just applied to that location but in your case I would suggest you communicate with your manager.
