Are they still working with appointments only for now is first come first serve?

Just by appointment online only ,because they call people outside only the time the appointment you have

First come service only at your appointment time. Online registration.

I'm pretty sure appointments only you have to go on line to register for what you're needing to do at this you will get a confirmation number to show upon arrival
