The online appointments are available from June only so as mentioned by Christina, you need to be there outside from 4:30 AM and it is really freezing so take Warm clothes, Chair etc.. I recently got my ID with same process and after there since 5 AM also they opened at 6:45 and gave appointment for 12:30.
Have your 2 documents, like a electric,water,or gas bill under your name and a bank statement, they have to be recent and be there by 4:30 am also have your daughter b/c and ss and as long as you have all that they will give an appointment for later to come back but you have to be there early and be one of the first ones there.
