How is the service department awesome? I left my car there since Tueday March 06, I call everyday to check on status of my car and yet my service advisor is always on a phone with another customer, my phone calls aren't returned... I am waiting

I was there for service and never had a problem, as a matter of fact they even provided door to door, back and forth Vallet service to South Plainfield.

I always wait. my only complaint is they are heavy on the up sell.

Don't leave your car without being there

Get off the phone and your duff, go there in person and raise a stink that can be heard on the sales floor over in VIP Honda.

The place is really busy, but they do a great jod! If you can't get through to anyone, ask for Michael P in sales, he will help you!

They're just being lazy.
