Nothing like having the entire experience ruined right at the end. Terrible decision to put your most incompetent employee at the desk. Patiently waited for him to finish with the customer ahead of me only to be ignored for 15 minutes. Another guy walks in and is immediately greeted while I continue to be neglected. Then basically shushed when I showed frustration. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because as far as I can tell everything was installed correctly.

I've been a customer on several occasions and I've always been treated very nicely. Plus, it's nice when the employees recognize you from your previous visits. Ya don't get that from big companies.

My mother had some work done here for power windows on a 2016 jeep wrangler a while back and now doing a repair in the area they did there work, one the wiring they did is a mess and completely unprofessional, 2ed there's missing bolts. I would not suggest bringing your car here for work. Your better off going to my guy does it cheaper because that's the quality they gave on this job. Completely disappointed with what I'm seeing here. If you don't know what your looking for or what your doing it's a good job but for the ones that do there was no pride in the craftsmanship.
